I would say with these little decorating items on the cake did some magic and made people drool over it. Those little baby carrots made a huge impact on the presentation.

I think carrot cake is a best excuse you can give yourself to stay healthy (lots of carrot in it, obviously!) and yet able to tuck in the comfortability of comfort food.
